Low Risk Shopping:
Q: What if I order the wrong size, color, or style? What if, when received, it is not what I want?
A: No problem; you may return it for a replacement. If you’d rather have it, we’ll issue you a store credit.
Q: What if your company ships something other than what I order (size, color, style, etc.)?
A: We’ll issue a call tag for pickup and, when the item is returned to us, we’ll ship the corrected item back to you at our expense.
Q: May I return a custom-made hat?
A: You bet! Even for a custom hat, we will not stick you with something that doesn’t satisfy. We’ll change the style or size. If necessary, we’ll go so far as to make you a new one. If we cannot satisfy you, we’ll issue you a store credit (minus shipping and handling) or credit your account (minus a 25% restocking fee). We want you to be satisfied.
Q: What is your Return Policy?
A: We are a specialty shop and cannot give refunds. However, within fifteen (15) days of purchase we’ll gladly exchange or give a store credit. Custom hats may be exchanged for size and/or color. If we cannot fit you properly, we will: a.) give store credit for the hat amount minus shipping/handling, or b.) credit you account minus shipping/handling and a 25% restocking fee. Our goal is your satisfaction and repeat business.
